Mount Calm ISD: Investing in Our Students, Staff, and Community

Mount Calm ISD continues to make exciting improvements across the district to enhance safety, comfort, and pride in our Panther community. Recent and ongoing projects include:

  • 🛡️ Campus Safety Enhancements: Installed safety film on all campus windows featuring our purple and gold Panther spirit theme.
     
  • 🚌 New Activity Bus: Purchased a brand-new activity bus, fully wrapped with the Mount Calm Panther logo and district colors.
     
  • 🍽️ Cafeteria Expansion: Expanded the cafeteria to add an additional dining area with seating for 40 more students.
     
  • ❄️ HVAC Upgrades: Replaced HVAC units in both the gymnasium and classrooms to ensure a comfortable learning and activity environment.
     
  • 🛝 Playground Improvements: Replaced the playground canopy, providing safe and shaded play areas for students.
     
  • 🚙 Transportation Additions: Purchased a new Suburban for the transportation department to support staff and student travel.
     
  • 🏆 Celebrating Excellence: Installed playoff and district championship banners in the new gym to showcase our Panther pride and athletic achievements.
     
  • 🌾 Future Growth: Planning is underway for a new agriculture facility to support hands-on learning and the continued growth of our ag program.
     

And this is just the beginning — more great things are on the way!
