Infrared Forehead Thermometer

Free SeJoy Infrared Forehead Thermometers to be handed out to each family at Mount Calm ISD.

Mount Calm Health Services has purchased Infrared Forehead Thermometers for each family household of students at Mount Calm ISD. We will start handing them out on Wednesday March 30th at the Elementary drop off point. These thermometers were purchased with grant funds from the Covid 19 School Health Support Grant. This is just another way we are working to keep our staff and students safe this year.

School Health Support Grant

Mount Calm ISD Health Services has been awarded grant money to purchase Shark Air Purifiers for each classroom. It is our hope that these units will help keep our classrooms safe from Airborne viruses like Covid 19. This is one more step we are taking to keep students and staff safe.

School will be delayed 2 hours (9:35 a.m.) Friday Feb 25, 2022.

Good afternoon, Happy Groundhog Day, and Happy 2-2-22 to you!
According to the weather forecast, the greater part of Texas, including the Mount Calm area, is advised to prepare for inclement weather tonight. Due to the great potential for icy and hazardous conditions, out of an abundance of caution and with safety as our priority, we will not have school tomorrow, Thursday, February 3. We will continue to monitor the situation and make a decision regarding Friday at around noon tomorrow. Please be safe and stay warm!
