Where: Mount Calm Elementary
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: A copy of your child's birth certificate, shot records, and social security card.
To be eligible for the 3 year old class, the child must be 3 by September 1st and potty trained. To be eligible for the 4 year old class, the child must be 4 by September 1st.
